Kentucky Death index lists Dosha Riddle, died 10 Jun 1955, age 68, in Bath Co., residence same, certificate Vol. 22, #10761.

1900 census of Bath Co., Ky, Owingsville precinct, enumerated 22 June, lists on p. 20A as family #314:
Snedgar, John, 32, b. Dec 1867; Eliza, wife, 18, b. Mar 1882, married 9/12 years (overwritten with 0), 0 children; Craycraft, Docia, boarder, 11, b. Jan 1889. All born Ky Ky Ky.

This seems awfully young for someone who had a child in April 1904, so Docia’s age might be off by one or two years.

1910 census of Bath Co., Ky, Wyoming precinct, enumerated 20 April, lists on p. 3A-3B as family #53/54, between Anderson Branch and White Oak Pike:
Riddle, Richard, farmer, 42, 2nd marriage; Jossie B., wife, 22, first marriage, married 6 years, mother of 5 children, all living; George W., son, 17; Clay M., son, 14; Hobert L., son, 11; Chester, son, 5; John C., son, 1. All born Ky/Ky/Ky.

(Only Chester and John in this family are children of Dosha aka Jossie. The notation about “mother of 5 children, 5 living” is thus almost certain to be incorrect, and probably means instead that Richard is the father of 5 children.)

1920 census of Bath Co., Ky, Wyoming precinct, enumerated 10 January, lists on p. 6A as family #124:
Riddle, Richard, farmer, 56; Belle, wife, 30; Chester, son, 15; John, son, 10; Lyda, dau, 8; Frankie, dau, 6; Annie May, dau, 4 1/12; Gladys, dau, 2 2/12. All born Ky/Ky/Ky.

I cannot find this family in the 1930 census.
