Morgan Co. death records on LDS microfilm #216,835 list death on 26 Aug 1852 of Hannah Lewis, 89, widowed, born New York, parents Francis & Mary Hopkins, cause of death old age. A comment in the margin says "the wife of Tho Lewis, one of the Revolutionary soldiers".

Thomas and Hannah gave so many of their children the middle name Hopkins that it was almost a double surname.
