I cannot find a marriage record for Morgan and Clarinda, but they must have married very shortly after Polly’s death. (She died 28 Nov 1838, and Morgan and Clarinda’s son David was born 18 Sep 1859.)

1860 census of Rowan Co., Ky, enumerated 7 June, lists on p. 10 as family #70:
Morgan Fults, 42, farmer; Clarinda, 25; John, 14; J. L., 12; Colonel, 9; Polly Ann, 6; Eli, 5; Amanda S., 1; Rosana, 6; David, 8/12. All born in Ky.

Only the baby David is a child of Morgan and Clarinda. Rosana being listed out of age order, together with being recorded as the same age as Polly Ann, may indicate that she is a daughter of Clarinda by a different father.
