Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 12, p. 6, records the marriage on 24 July 1919 of Robert Wallace, age 21, son of John & Maranda Wallace, to Luda Foster, age 16, daughter of Thomas & Bert Foster, both single, both born in and residents of Rowan Co., by Presley Manier, minister of the United Baptist Church, at his home, witnesses Eudia Baldridge and Bert Foster.

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Pearcy precinct, enumerated 17 Jan, lists on p. 4B as family #81/88:
