His WW I draft registration card, filed 12 Sep 1918, records John Fleming Parker, age 44, residence Elliottville, Rowan Co., Ky, born 25 Jan 1874, occupation farming, self employed, nearest relative Susie Parker, wife, same address.
His death certificate records John F. Parker, age 59 years 21 days, born 25 Jan 1874 in Ky, died 16 Feb 1933 in Rowan Co., Ky, married, husband of Susie Parker, father Mason Parker, mother’s maiden name Frankie Royse, both born in Ky, cause of death heart dropsy, informant Susie Parker, Christy, Ky, burial in Parker Cemetery. (This cemetery is apparently now known as Ditney Cemetery.)

Rowan Co., Ky marriage book 4, p. 421, records the marriage on 19 Feb 1903 of John F. Parker, age 29, farmer, residence Elliottsville, born and both parents born in Rowan Co., and Mary Susan Hall, age 18, residence Elliotsville, born in Elliott Co., father Preston Hall born in Floyd Co., mother born in Rowan Co., at residence of bride’s father by S. D. Nickell, witnesses L. M. Parker and Isaac Lewis.

Parker, John F., 37, second marriage, farmer; Mary S., wife, 24, first marriage, married 7 years, mother of 3 children, 3 living; Carrie, dau, 6; Rosa, dau, 4; Vesta R., dau, 2. All born Ky Ky Ky.
The next household is that of John’s brother David.
1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, district 3, enumerated 28 Jan, lists on p. 16B as family #301/304:
Parker, J. F., 46, farmer; Mary, wife, 35; Carrie, dau, 16; Rosa, dau, 14; Allie, dau, 23, widowed; Vesta, dau, 12; Lottie, dau, 8; Franklin, father, 75, widowed. All born Ky Ky Ky.
John’s father really died in 1911, so “Franklin” should be his mother, Frankie. The daughter Allie is almost certainly John’s son Allie H. Parker. (Two gender/relationship errors in the same family makes me suspect that the enumerator took down only the names and ages on the visit, and added the relationships and genders later, using the names and ages as clues.)
