Since Rowan County was not formed until 1856, his birthplace was probably really either Morgan Co. or Fleming Co.

Her death certificate records Frankie Parker, age about 77 years, birthdate unknown, died 16 May 1922 in Rowan Co., Ky, widow, father Benjamin Royse, mother’s maiden name unknown, cause of death tuberculosis of bowels, informant John Parker, Christy, Ky, burial in Parker Cemetery.

I cannot find her in the 1860 census.

1880 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Christie Creek precinct, undated but ages relative to June 1, lists on p. 57 as family #405/433:

1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Hoggtown precinct, enumerated 26 June, lists on p. 18A as family #301/308:
Parker, Mason, 52, b. June 1847, farmer; Frankey, wife, 55, b. May 1845, married 26 years, mother of 5 children, 3 living; John F., son, 25, b. June 1875, widowed; David F., son, 24, b. Nov 1875; Mary E., dau, 12, b. Apr 1888; Allie H., son, 5, b. May 1895. All born Ky Ky Ky.

Allie should be listed as a grandson. He is the son of John F. Parker and Miriam F. Lewis.

1910 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Hogtown precinct, enumerated 29 April, lists on p. 11B as family #180:
Parker, Mason, 63, farmer; Frankey, wife, 64, first marriage for both, married 37 years, mother of 5 children, 3 living; Allie H., grandson, 14. All born Ky Ky Ky.
