Notes for Mollie Frances Couchman
Her gravestone gives her dates as Mar 7, 1865 to Feb 4, 1942. Census records (at least those after her marriage) are more consistent with a birth in 1866. I cannot find a death record for her.

1900 census of Bath Co., Ky, White Sulphur precinct, enumerated 18 June, lists on pp. 17A-17B as family #229:
Staton, ; Mollie, wife, 34, b. Mar 1866, married 13 years, mother of 6 children, 4 living; Elvy, dau, 10, b. July 1889; Clark, son, (9 corrected to 10), b. Apr 1890; Florence, dau, 7, b. Dec 1892; Elmer, son, 10/12, b. Aug 1899. All born Ky Ky Ky.
It is likely that the proper correction to the mismatch between Clark’s initially recorded age and birthdate would have been to change the year to 1891 rather than to change his age to 10, since April 1890 is only nine months after Elvy’s reported birthdate of July 1889.
