Since he was listed as 6 in the 1870 census and 18 in 1880, he was probably really born earlier than 1865, most likely 1862 or 1863. (I cannot find him in the 1900 census.)

Her death certificate records Julia Fraley, age 33 years 11 months 21 days, born 4 June 1915 in Kentucky, died 28 Jan 1915 in Laurel precinct, Elliott Co., Ky, married, father John Johnson, mother’s maiden name Jane Crum, both born in Ky, cause of death hemorrhage, burial in Fraley Cemetery.

The reported age at death would imply a birthdate of 7 Feb 1881. I have no idea where the “4 June 1915” in the birth date field comes from.

I cannot find this family in the 1900 census.

1910 census of Elliott Co., Ky, Laurel precinct (#8), enumerated 25 April, lists on p. 5B as family #93/96:
Fraley, Thomas, 45, 2nd marriage; Julie, wife, 25, first marriage, mother of 5 children, 5 living; Eliza, dau, 10; John, son, 8; Eva, dau, 6; Dasie, dau, 4; Troy, son, 2. All born Ky Ky Ky.

The number of years married field is blank for both Thomas and Julie, but the child count and marriage ordinal for Julie suggests that all the children are of this marriage. The estimated marriage date of 1899 is based on the reported age of Eliza.
