He is probably the Frank Sergent, partner, 35, b. Dec 1864, Ky Ky Ky, single, farmer, living with the family of Louis Alexander “Allie” Law and his wife Mahala in the 1900 census of Morgan Co., Ky, although the reported birth date does not quite match.
Notes for Cordelia Frances Crose
The 1900 census recorded her as age 20, born Aug 1879, but she does not appear in the 1880 census, and her parents were not married until April 1882.
