Staton, born in Menifee Co., Ky, mother’s maiden name Sally Ann Frazier, born in Penneyton Co., cause of death bilateral lobar pneumonia, informant Lena Parks, Dayton, Ohio, burial in Scranton, Ky.

She was listed in the 1870 census as age 8, in the 1880 census as age 18, and in the 1900 census as age 37 born July 1862, so the year of birth on the death certificate is very probably incorrect. I am entering it as Nov 1861 because that best fits the childhood census records, but it is possible that it was Nov 1862 and her age was being rounded up in those censuses.
