His death certificate records Thomas Therman Mynheir, age 53 years 1 month 6 days, born 13 July 1888 in Kentucky, died 19 Aug 1941 in Lenox, Morgan Co., Ky, married, husband of Missouri Mynheir, father Dave Mynheir, mother’s maiden name Cordelia (not known), both born in Ky, cause of death tuberculosis of the lungs, informant Bernice McClain, Lenox, Ky, burial in Cow Branch.

Note the discrepancy of birthdate from the draft card. The 1900 census also recorded his birthdate as July 1888, so it is the more likely to be correct. (These records cannot be for two different men of the same name, because David and Cordelia were living with the one married to Bessie in the 1920 census.)

Her death certificate records Bessie Minhier, age 29 years, birthdate blank, born in Ky, died 17 May 1920 in Clearfield, Rowan Co., Ky, married, father Jack Reed, mother’s maiden name June Ginter, both born in Ky, cause of death acute nephritis following measles she was 8 mo pregnant, informant blank, burial in Bradley Cemetery.

1910 census of Menifee Co., Ky, Beaver precinct, enumerated 28 April, lists on p. 11A as family #152/157:
Mynhier, Thurman, 19, farm laborer working out; Bessey, wife, 16, first marriage for both, married 0 years, 0 children.

1920 census of Butler Co., Ohio, Middletown ward 1, enumerated 5 Jan, lists on p. 1B as family #21/23, at 111 Beech Ave:
Mainer, Therman, 35, machine operator at tobacco factory; Ruth, dau, 9; Ruby, dau, 7 4/12; Orval, son, 4 5/12; Opal, dau, 2 2/12; David, father, 68; Cordelia, mother, 66. All born Ky Ky Ky.

Bessie died five months after this census was taken.
