His death certificate records Fred Clark, age 30 years 0 months 0 days, born 28 Dec 1900 in Elliott Co., Ky, died 28 Dec 1930 in Dobbins, Little Fork precinct, Elliott Co., Ky, married, husband of Cloma Clark, father James Clark, mother’s maiden name Rachel Kitchen, both born in Lawrence Co., Ky, cause of death intestantal flu, informant G. M. Boggs, Webbville, Ky, burial in home grave yard.
Note that the reported birth date differs from his draft registration card. I suspect the draft card is correct, and the death certificate is in error. Someone may have accidentally put the death date in the birth date field, and then the age at death was computed from that.
