The Kentucky Birth Index lists Vada Johnson born 23 Nov 1913 in Breathitt Co., mother’s maiden name Martha Chinn. (Most Rowan Co. births in the 1910’s, and some in other years, are misindexed as Breathitt Co. due to a numerical coding error.)
