Her death certificate (Vol 35, #17164) states Precilla Fraley, died 10 May 1919 in Rowan Co., age over 100, birthdate unknown, father John Fultz, maiden name of mother Louvice Slone, cause of death old age, informant Thomas Fraley. (The reputed age at death is inconsistent with all census records. The 1850 through 1870 censuses imply a birthdate around 1830; the 1900 census implies one around 1828, and the 1910 census implies one around 1826.)

Carter County marriage records list Wilson Fraley and Priscilla Fults on 24 Dec 1846. (From Automated Archives CD #2; I haven’t checked the actual marriage books.)

1850 census of Morgan Co., Ky, lists as family #145:
Wilson Fraley, 25; Celer, 20; Harrison, 2; Washington, 1; Jackson Fraley, 30. All born in Kentucky.

1860 census of Rowan Co., Ky, lists as family #78:
Wilson Fraley, 35; Siller, 30; William O. B., 13; Francis, 9; Marcus L., 6; John C. M., 3; James B., 1. All born in Kentucky.

1870 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Christy Creek precinct, lists as family #31:
Priscilla Fraley, 39, farmer; William, 21; Francis, 17; Lafayette, 14; John M., 11; James, 9; Mary, 7; Bob Lee, 6; Richard, 3; George, 2/12, born April. All born in Kentucky.
(William through Mary should be two years older than the ages given here, judging by the 1860 census and Mary’s April 1861 birth record. So Bob Lee and Richard may really be older as well.)

I haven’t found this family in 1880. They were not in Rowan or Elliott County.

1900 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Hoggtown precinct, p. 241A, lists as family #189:
Fraley, Priscilla, 62, b. 1838, farmer, widowed; Jane, dau, 37, b. Dec 1862, single; Cox, Amos, boarder, 45, b. 1855, widowed. All born Ky Ky Ky.
(This is a joint household, #187. It also contains family #190, Mason Fraley & wife Ellen.)

Priscilla is listed in the 1910 census as age 84, widowed, mother-in-law, with her daughter Mary J. and son-in-law Amos Cox.
