The Kentucky death index lists Roscoe C. Fouch, age 81, died 14 June 1961 in Elliott Co.

She is buried in Rowan Co., but I cannot find her in the Kentucky death records.

Rowan Co. marriage book 5, p. 337, records the marriage on 29 Oct 1905 of Roscoe Fouch, 25, farmer, residence Elliottsville, born and father born in Rowan Co., mother born Carter Co., to Vina Sloan, 18, residence Elliottsville, born Magoffin Co., father born Floyd Co., mother born Johnson Co., to be at groom’s residence, at Millard Fouch’s by J. C. Porter, witnesses W. S. Fouch and P. J. Prince.
