1920 census of Langlade Co., Wisconsin, Evergreen township, enumerated 21 Jan, lists on p. 8A as family #136:
Steagal, Kernelius, 65, b. Ky Va Ky, no occupation; Nancie N., wife, 56, b. Ky WVa Ky; George, son, 29, married, logging; William L., son, 27, single, logging; Henry A., 21, son, single, logging; Adkins, Neale E., grandson, 13; Adkins, Violie, 9, granddau. All sons and grandchildren born Ky Ky Ky.
Nealy and Viola are children of Lula Steagall and her first husband Mack Adkins. Mack died in 1911, but Lula was still living. I have not located her in the 1920 census.
