Years of birth and death are from her gravestone. I cannot find her in the Kentucky death records.

Rowan Co. marriage register A, p. 104, records marriage of H. N. Alfrey and Nellie McKenzie, on 8 Nov 1896. It is also recorded in license book 2, p. 240, on 7 Nov 1896.

1910 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Farmers precinct, enumerated 28 April, lists on p. 12A as family #207/214:
Alfrey, Harvey N., 35, merchant at general store; Nellie A., wife, 29, married 13 years, first marriage for both (the number of children column is blank); Chester V, son, 12; George D., son, 9; Fannie E., dau, 6; Ava M., dau, 3; Beulah, dau, 10/12. All born Ky Ky Ky.

1920 census of Rowan Co., Ky, Morehead precinct, enumerated 19 Jan, lists on p. 10A as family #191/201:
Alfrey, Harvey, 44, widowed, county assessor; Dewey, son, 19, laborer at paper mill; Fanny, dau, 16; Ava, dau, 13; Beulah, dau, 10. All born Ky Ky Ky.

Dewey was also recorded in Anderson, Madison Co., Indiana, as Dewy Alfrey, boarder, 19, divorced, laborer at factory, with the family of Thomas L. Clapp and Belle Parker (see their census notes for details), and three other Alfreys, including his double first cousins Herbert and Farmer, sons of Fielding Alfrey and Caroline McKenzie.
